As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via courier or postal services with a tracking number. If you prefer some other extra service, an additional charge may apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. Transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. VERY IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for damage to your package after shipment, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items correctly.

All products for 4x4 buggy buggies such as windshields are well protected, double wrapped.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

Instructions for shipping (return) of products: (summary)

The delivery of a possible return will not be managed directly at our facilities, but will be delivered to the carrier for shipment. We inform that, to avoid any incident, the products for 4x4 buggy buggies, must go inside their original packaging with all the documentation and instructions, and be protected by an additional external packaging - as you have received it at your home - and avoid thus any type of damage or manipulation of the original packaging of the product during transport.

Important: Make sure that the package received is externally in good condition and check its integrity. If you find anomalies, you must register it on the carrier's delivery note. Take photos. For optimal management, the correct thing to do would be to notify in the first 24 hours.
